One contractor for your multi-state rollout
A brand opening locations in several states can use one team. Harrison Construction is licensed in Texas and 29 other states and has projects on record in eight of them: 7-Eleven stores in Florida and Pennsylvania, Firehouse Subs and Phenix Salon Suites in Oklahoma, Dillas Quesadillas in Louisiana, P.F. Chang’s in North Carolina, Which Wich in Missouri and Dugan Doghouse in Colorado.
A rollout is the same building, or the same finish-out, repeated in cities with different permit offices, different subcontractor markets and different inspectors. What stays the same is the prototype, the brand’s standards, and the way the project is run: one development schedule per site, the same reporting to the development team, and the same close-out package at the end.
We work alongside franchise sales and development teams, architects and engineers, so that each new location starts from what the last one taught us.

NASCLA accredited exam
Harrison Construction has passed the NASCLA Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors. The licensing boards of 17 states accept it in place of their own trade exam: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia, plus the U.S. Virgin Islands. In a state where we are not yet licensed, the trade exam is already done; the state’s own application, business and insurance requirements still apply.
